• How long will it take to receive my order?

  It may takes 1-2 weeks for delivery via Chunghwa POST air registered parcel.

• What should I do if...

  1. I have not received any ship out notification e-mail within a week :
  Please contact us to check whether we have received your order. We found that Storenvy's system would not display the orders correctly if we receive many of them in a short time.

  2. I was notified that my order has been shipped but I don't receive it between 2-3 weeks :
  Please contact us for the tracing code if you don't have it, and ask a local post office for further information.
